Food took long to arrive. Waitress could barely communicate in English. Taste of food was bland. Smaller portions than average. Did not give us 50% discount as she added 1/3 bill for our 2 yr old daughter!!! (we didn't order extra food for her!!). Will NEVER go there again

Didn't get served by Shanghai Cooking Chinese Restaurant. We went in with Gusto, asking if they accepted it today, and the waitress walked inside to check and came out and told us it was OK and to have a seat. Upon payment, she insisted we never advised her about Gusto, and refused to accept it! She spoke to her manager in their language in front of us for a good 10 minutes, ignoring us completely and issued us full price bill written down on a piece of paper.
